Odoo hosting, support, upgrades and rescue for 3 to 50 user companies

Your Odoo. Your server. Your code. Our job to keep it running.

We take over, host, support and upgrade Odoo for small and mid-size businesses. An experienced Odoo implementer does the thinking. AI agents do the legwork under his review. You own everything and can leave at any time.

The problems are not exotic. They are the same six, over and over.

We read a year of public Odoo user discussion before starting this company. The complaints cluster tightly, and none of them are about Odoo being a bad product.

  • The partner holds the keys

Code repository, hosting account and passwords sit with the implementer. Leaving means starting over, so the price of staying keeps going up.

  • Upgrades that re-do everything

Each major version, custom modules have to be ported by hand. The quote to do it is often a second implementation, so people stay on old versions and pay surcharges instead.

  • Hosted plans that keep changing

Odoo's own hosted subscriptions have been repriced more than once, older versions carry a surcharge, and custom code on Odoo.sh is billed by its size. Budgeting is hard when the terms move.

  • Bank reconciliation that never balances

Feeds drop, statements import twice, receivables show money that was collected months ago. The books are technically in Odoo and practically in a spreadsheet.

  • Email that quietly stops

Outgoing mail fails and nothing tells you. Quotes, invoices and purchase orders sit unsent until a customer or vendor calls.

  • Hosting you cannot reach

On Odoo.sh, staging branches expire, there is no static IP or database tuning, and shell access is limited on older versions. Slow pages get blamed on hosting when the fix is a missing index.

Three things we do

Each one has a defined scope, a defined deliverable and a defined end. Details, deliverables and timeframes are on the services page.

  1. Rescue and rehost

For companies leaving a partner, Odoo Online or Odoo.sh.

We move your database, filestore and custom code onto a cloud server your company owns, with tested backups, documented integrations and every credential handed to you. One-time fee.

    What a rescue includes

  2. Managed Odoo

For companies that want someone on the hook every month.

Hosting operations, nightly backups to Backblaze B2, uptime and disk monitoring, outbound mail failure alerting, security patches and a block of small-fix hours. Month to month.

    What the retainer covers

  3. Upgrade to Odoo 19 and de-Enterprise

For companies on 15, 16, 17 or 18 with custom modules and a licensing bill they would rather not have.

A fixed-scope project that ports your custom modules to Odoo 19, replaces Enterprise-only apps with OCA equivalents where you want them, and rehearses the upgrade on a copy until it is boring.

    How an upgrade runs

Why a small fix takes hours here and weeks elsewhere

Most Odoo support requests are small: a report column, a field that should be required, a workflow email that fires at the wrong time, a bank statement that will not import. The work is not hard. The waiting is.

Our support desk is staffed by an AI agent that reads your ticket, looks at your database and code, and prepares a proposed change with a dry run of its effect. A human Odoo expert reviews that proposal, and only then is the change applied, logged and reported back to you. The agent does the legwork in minutes. The human does the judgment.

Technical Odoo users have been reporting for a while that this combination gets customizations done in an hour that used to take a week at an offshore desk. We agree, with one condition: the human in the loop has to actually understand Odoo. Ours has been running a manufacturing company on it for years.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Companies with 3 to 50 Odoo users, usually manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction or services.
  • Already live on Odoo, on any edition, version 15 or later, hosted anywhere.
  • Owners and finance or operations leads who want to own their system and understand what is being done to it.
  • United States and Canada first. EU, UK and Australian businesses are welcome; we hold a data processing agreement ready for that.

Not a fit

  • New implementations that need process design, training rollouts and change management across departments. We can recommend where to look.
  • Very small businesses that would be better served by a simpler product than Odoo.
  • Consumers and sole traders outside the US. We sell to businesses only.
  • Anyone who wants an AI to run their books unattended. We will not build that.
