Run by someone who has been the customer.
Allodi is operated from Iowa by the owner of a manufacturing business that runs on Odoo. The company exists because the support he wanted for his own system was not for sale.
Mark
Mark {{ABOUT_SURNAME}} has owned and run an Iowa manufacturing company for more than twenty years. Over that time it has run on several ERP systems, and for the last several on Odoo. He is the person who chose it, implemented it, wrote and maintained the custom modules, ran the server, did the backups, fixed the bank reconciliation and answered the phone when a report was wrong. Today the business runs on Odoo 18 on infrastructure he manages, and he is moving it to Odoo 19 himself, which is where the upgrade playbook on this site comes from.
That is the whole qualification: not a partner badge, but a business that has to make payroll on this software every week.
{{ABOUT_EXTRA_PARAGRAPH}}
Why this company exists
Running Odoo for a real company teaches you where it hurts. Not in the demo, and not in the first month. It hurts on the Tuesday a bank feed drops and nobody notices for two weeks. It hurts when a partner quotes a second implementation to move up one version. It hurts when a purchase order goes to a vendor six times because a test was run against the wrong database. Every rule on the how it works page comes from a Tuesday like that.
Over the last couple of years the tools changed. AI coding agents, given real access to a system and a person who knows it checking their work, do in an hour what used to take a week of back-and-forth with a support desk. Mark has used them that way on his own Odoo long enough to know what they get right, what they get wrong, and where the fence has to be.
So the offer is simple. The same setup he runs for his own business: a server the company owns, a repository the company owns, backups the company holds the keys to, a support desk where an agent does the legwork and a person does the judgment, and a written record of everything. Available to other companies of about the same size, with the same problems.
It is a small company on purpose. It will stay small enough that the person answering your ticket is the person whose name is on this page, or someone he has worked alongside long enough to trust with your books.
How we work
-
You own it
Server, repository, backups, credentials. We are a member of your accounts, never the owner. If we disappear, your Odoo does not.
-
Everything is written down
Every change dry-run first, reviewed, committed with a name on it, noted in the record's chatter and summarized in the ticket.
-
The agent has a fence
It never touches money, tax, production deployments or outbound email. A person does those, and only after seeing the dry run.
-
Small things are fast
A report column should not take three weeks and a change order. Most small fixes close within a day or two.
-
Prices are fixed before work starts
Quotes are itemized. Scope changes are agreed in writing. We will tell you when a request is bigger than it looks.
-
Leaving is easy
Thirty days' notice and a handover we already prepared on day one. We would rather earn the renewal than lock it in.

First conversations are with him, not a sales desk. Twenty minutes, your version and hosting, what hurts.
