How Allodi compares with other ways to run Odoo.
There are several good ways to host and support Odoo, and the right one depends on your company. This table compares them by kind of service, point by point. The Odoo Online and Odoo.sh columns come from Odoo S.A.'s own published pages, listed under the table with the date we checked them.
Side by side
"Hosting-only platforms" means services that run the Odoo server for you and leave functional and code support to you or a partner. "Offshore support retainers" means development and support teams billed monthly or by the hour, with hosting arranged separately. Terms in those two groups differ from one provider to the next, so their columns name what to check rather than a single answer.

Which fits whom
Odoo's own hosting
Odoo Online suits standard apps with no custom code and needs no server at all; upgrades are included. Odoo.sh suits Enterprise customers with custom modules and developers who like its branch-based workflow. The Odoo hosting page goes through both in more detail.
Allodi Managed Odoo
Suits companies that want the server, backups and code in their own accounts, run Community or custom code, and want one accountable party each month at a published price. What is included is on the Managed Odoo description; how the server is secured is on the security page. If all you need is the move to Odoo 19, or to Odoo 19 Community, that is a one-off project with no subscription: upgrade, then go.
