Allodi is a product of KEIGHT LLC, and the first conversation is with a person who works on Odoo, not a sales desk.
Where it comes from
Allodi was started inside an Iowa manufacturer that runs its operations on Odoo 18, on infrastructure it manages itself, and is moving to Odoo 19. That company chose the system, wrote and maintained its custom modules, and runs its own server and backups. The services on this site are built on what it learned, offered to other companies with the same problems. Before that, Mark and Lisa Kladivo ran pcCentral, a desktop hosting company, for fifteen years, with more than 5,000 users, until it was sold in 2018.

Remote work, on a server you own
Your Odoo runs on a Hetzner Cloud server in your company's own account, in the United States, Germany or Finland; Hetzner's US locations are Ashburn, Virginia and Hillsboro, Oregon. Nightly backups go to a Backblaze B2 bucket you hold the keys to, and the code lives in a git repository you control. We work on it through access you grant and can withdraw, such as an API token you can delete, so the day you stop paying us, your system carries on, with Allodi Print going back to Odoo's standard PDF download.
Because the work is remote, it runs the same way for a company in Des Moines as for one in Denver or Detroit. What changes with distance is nothing but the time zone.

If you would rather keep the server on site, Managed Odoo runs on a server you own the same way, at the same monthly price plus a one-time $375 onboarding fee, as long as it runs Ubuntu 24.04, meets our minimum specification and sits behind a UPS. The hardware, power and network stay yours, and backups still go offsite to your own Backblaze account.
Iowa sales tax and invoices
All prices are in US dollars. For a customer in Iowa, the quote and the invoice show sales tax as a separate line, at the rate of the billing address, state plus any local option tax. An Iowa business that gives us an exemption certificate, Iowa form 31-014, is not charged. We do not collect sales tax for other states at present.
The first payment is usually made online when you sign: by card for amounts up to $2,500 including tax, or by ACH bank debit or wire for any amount. Each later invoice is due 15 days after its date. On a quote you sign now and pay by invoice, the first invoice is also due 15 days after its date. The full terms are on the pricing page.
How to start
- Get your price in the calculator. This step is optional and needs no name or email.
- Run the free read-only scan, or get an upload link if you are on Odoo Online. You give your contact details when you send the result file or ask for the upload link.
- A person at Allodi sends the report and your quote from the published prices. The quote holds for 30 days.
- If you go ahead, the work is written down before it starts: a defined scope, a defined deliverable and a defined end. The project fees in the quote are binding for what the scan counts, and anything it did not count is listed and agreed with you first.
- You read the contract documents, sign and pay the first payment online, and your welcome email, portal login and onboarding ticket follow once you have signed and any payment due at signing is made or under way. Every step, with timings.

Questions people ask
Is Allodi an Odoo partner?
No. Allodi is independent, is not part of Odoo's partner program and does not sell Odoo subscriptions. If you keep Enterprise, your subscription stays with Odoo S.A. or a partner you choose, and we work on your system alongside it.
Do you work with companies outside Iowa?
Yes. The work is done remotely, on a server your company owns, so it runs the same way anywhere. We work with businesses worldwide, except where sanctions apply. Customers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland are also covered by our data processing agreement.
What are your support hours?
Call +1 515-644-1400 any time; the line rings day and night. Tickets and email are answered on business days. For Managed Odoo customers, Odoo down for all users, data loss in progress or a security incident gets a response within one business hour. Outside those hours the monitoring keeps running and we respond as soon as we can, on a best-effort basis, or within one hour at any time with the optional 24/7 outage response add-on.
Can our Odoo server be in our own building?
