New: have it add or fix something, with your approval
Ask the agent to add a few made-up contacts, products or sales opportunities, upload a small CSV file, add a custom field to a form the way Odoo Studio would, or correct a value on an existing record, such as a wrong ZIP code, phone number or price. The agent only prepares the change and shows it to you as a card; for a correction, the card shows the current value next to the new one. Nothing happens until you click Approve. Then you can open the real Odoo screen and see it.
Use made-up data only. Everything resets nightly at 2 AM Central. Uploads, names and field labels are checked for inappropriate content, links and code before anything is proposed.

Limits: up to 1,500 characters per question and 12 questions per conversation. There is also a per-visitor hourly limit and a daily limit for the whole demo, after which it rests until tomorrow.
Changes you can approve: up to 10 records per proposal and 25 per day, 3 custom fields per day, and 25 field changes to existing records per day (10 per proposal). Record names cannot be changed, and nothing can be deleted. Proposals expire after 30 minutes. Everything you add is visible to other visitors until the nightly reset at 2 AM Central, so please use made-up data only.

Open the demo company in the real Odoo 19 web client. You are signed in automatically as Demo Visitor, a view-only user: you can look at sales, CRM, contacts, products, inventory, purchasing and invoicing, but nothing can be changed there. Changes happen here, in the chat, with your approval.
Conversations are logged so we can check the answers and improve the demo. We do not store IP addresses; a one-way code derived from yours is kept only to enforce the limits. Please do not type personal or confidential information. More in our privacy note.

A person approves the changesThe agent prepares a change and shows exactly what it will do. Nothing is written until a person approves it. In your Odoo, changes outside a short list of pre-approved routine actions need approval from a named person at Allodi, and so, always, does anything that deploys code, touches money, tax, user access or security settings, sends messages from your Odoo, or migrates or restores production.

Your own private copy of the sample company
Open Prairie Fabrication in the normal Odoo 19 interface, signed in as a manager in Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing, Manufacturing and Project. Create a quote, confirm it, receive stock, post an invoice, print a PDF. The copy is yours alone: it opens only from this page, in the browser that started it.
- Private. A separate database just for you, opened by a one-time link from this page.
- Up to 2 hours. Open it within 10 minutes. It then stays open for 2 hours, or until 30 minutes after your last click in it, and is deleted.
- One a day. One sandbox per internet connection per day. Everything is wiped nightly at 2 AM Central.
- Business apps only. Settings, users, email and anything that runs code stay locked. Attachments can be images or PDFs up to 2 MB.

What you are looking at
The company, its customers, vendors, products and orders are Odoo's own sample data, running in a separate database on our server. Nothing here is a real business, and the agent on this page has no route to any customer's system.
The answers come from the same approach we use in managed support: the agent reads the data, explains what it found in business terms, and shows its work. On a real system it can also prepare fixes, which wait for human approval.
When you approve a proposal here, it runs in a second, separate copy of Odoo that only this demo uses. It has no outgoing email or internet access, and it is restored from a clean copy every night.
When it gets something wrong
It can. The sample data is small and sometimes odd, and a question can be read more than one way. That is why the queries are on screen: you can see exactly what it counted. If an answer looks off, the query usually shows why.
