How to enter

These forms enter your business when you send them during the entry period: the contact form, the free scan result form, the free scan upload link form, an "Email me" box, the estimate you send from the price calculator, and the online signup. Sending a form is free. Other forms, such as the live demo and the customer onboarding pages, do not enter you.

Free entry without anything else: on the contact form, choose "Drawing entry" and give your name, your business, your email and your state. Without JavaScript, write "Drawing entry" and your state in the message.

One entry per business, however many forms it sends. We group entries by email domain: everyone writing from @acme.com is one entry. Addresses at a public email service, such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, count one entry per address, and we may combine entries we can tell come from the same business.

Dates

• Entry period: starts when these rules are first published on allodi.us and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm Central Time. Entries are timed by our server.
• Draw: December 5, 2026.
• Winners list: available on request after December 15, 2026 (see "Questions" below).

Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older, entering on behalf of a business located there. Puerto Rico and the other US territories are not included. The drawing is void in New York, Florida and Rhode Island, and wherever it is prohibited by law.

Not eligible: KEIGHT LLC (Allodi), Corn Belt Aluminum and Asphalt Tech, their employees, and the people living in their households.

Prizes

One Grand Prize. For 12 months, the Managed Odoo monthly fee and the 24/7 outage response add-on are waived, for any number of companies, branches and internal users. The one-time setup fee is waived too: the rescue and rehost fee for moving your Odoo onto your own server, or the onboarding or setup fee for your own hardware or another cloud provider. Approximate retail value: $5,250, for a typical customer with one company and 10 internal users moving one database ($225 a month for Managed Odoo plus $150 a month for 24/7 outage response, for 12 months, plus the $750 rescue and rehost fee). The actual value depends on the size of your business.

Two Second Prizes. The one-time setup fee is waived, as defined above. Approximate retail value: $750 each, for moving one database with one company. The actual value depends on your setup, for example $375 for the onboarding fee on your own hardware.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $6,750. Values use the published prices on the date of these rules.

Not included in any prize: work beyond the fix hours included in Managed Odoo, hosting that Hetzner and Backblaze bill to you directly, Odoo Enterprise licenses, and upgrade and customization cleanup projects.

To use a prize, the winning business signs our standard contracts and starts service by June 30, 2027. For a business that is already a customer, the Grand Prize waives its next 12 monthly invoices for these fees, and setup fees already paid are not refunded. After the 12 months, the published prices apply, and Managed Odoo can be ended with thirty days' notice, as for any customer.

Prizes cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's.

The draw and the winners

On December 5, 2026, we draw winners at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period: first the Grand Prize, then the two Second Prizes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

We tell winners by email, and by phone if we have a number, using the details they gave. A winner has 10 days from our first message to reply. If a winner does not reply in time or is not eligible, that prize goes to an alternate drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. Before awarding a prize we confirm that the winner and the business are eligible, including the state the business is located in.

Entries that are automated, made up or sent in breach of these rules do not count.

These rules and the drawing are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
