Allodi on-call outage alerts
Allodi on-call alerts is a text message program run by KEIGHT LLC (Allodi). It sends automated server outage alerts to Allodi's own on-call staff. It is not a marketing program and it is not open to the public.
What the messages are
Our monitoring checks the Odoo servers we look after every few minutes. When a server fails its checks, or a customer reports an urgent outage, the on-call person gets a text naming the system and the problem, with a link to acknowledge it. A second text says when the problem has cleared. Example:
Allodi ALERT P1: acme-co Odoo is down since 3:12 AM CT (3 checks failed). Acknowledge: https://watch.allodi.us/a/7Kq2. Reply STOP to opt out.
Who receives them, and how to opt in
Only Allodi staff who are on call. To opt in, a staff member texts ALERTS to +1 515-644-1400 from their own mobile phone. The reply confirms the subscription. By texting ALERTS you agree to receive automated outage alert text messages from Allodi at that number.
